Plasma Pro II combines the latest in linear motion guide way components with state of the art PC based CNC plasma machine controls. This offers our customers precision, reliability, high speed productivity and simple operation at affordable prices.
CNC Control and After-sale support:
We support our systems on site, coast to coast and around the globe with a staff of experienced field service technicians. Service is also within the means and skills of the PC technician or local I.T. support staff currently used by a customer. The true Windows PC based CNC controls (Link to Plasma Controls Retrofits Repairs page) on the Plasma Pro II offer easy to understand Windows conventions, making operation simpler than with CNC plasma controls of the past. By utilizing common Windows PC technology we can offer web based training and technical support as well.
Mechanical Advantage:
Mechanically, the Plasma Pro II uses precision hardened and ground linear motion slides ordinarily found only on more expensive precision CNC machinery. You would have to spend several times the cost to find a plasma cutting system with similar linear rails. Drive mechanisms are both timing belt and gear rack and pinion, so the benefits of both systems are possible with the Plasma Pro II.

The Plasma Pro II can include the plasma unit of your choice. Our standard unit is the industry-leading Thermo Dynamics Cutmaster series.
