Cla-Val 50 Series Seawater Service Pressure Relief Valves are designed to automatically relieve excess pressure in offshore fire protection pumping systems. Available in a variety of configurations, materials and with a diverse array of pilot control options, these valves work overtime to ensure safe pump operation.

Model 50-20 is a fast opening pressure relief valve that maintains steady line pressure in offshore fire protection systems. It can accommodate a broad range of flow rates and closes gradually to prevent surge conditions from developing.

Model 50-49 is specifically configured to provide pump and pipeline protection during the pump start sequence and then while the pumps operates to prevent pump discharge from rising to unsafe levels.
